Lunch today: Lentils with red onion, yellow pepper, red cabbage, broccoli and kale (in olive oil), seasoned with ground cumin, chili and cayenne pepper and tossed in sesame oil, hot sauce and soy sauce. Served over brown rice. Yum!
So I'm back. I have a little less time on my hands than when I was unemployed starting this blog around this time last year. I am however, more connected to technology, so I will be primarily posting photos of the beautiful vegan dishes I eat and links to the recipes and stores and restaurants I enjoy. Bonne appetite!
