At times like these I am glad I am Vegan, but this is some kind of answer you can give to your friends who eat meat for its ‘taste’.

So I'm back. I have a little less time on my hands than when I was unemployed starting this blog around this time last year. I am however, more connected to technology, so I will be primarily posting photos of the beautiful vegan dishes I eat and links to the recipes and stores and restaurants I enjoy. Bonne appetite!

People often times try to point out that I'm not vegan "enough" and endlessly try to find animal-derived ingredients in foods that are normally seen on store shelves (i.e. oreos, etc). It gets rather frustrating at times. To me it's about minimizing my footprint on the planet as well as ethics and my health. The hardest part about being vegan is explaining it to carnivores.
