At Bread and Son’s bakery in Ottawa, not only are there a slew of vegan options, they also have a really cool map showing how all the ingredients are sourced locally. New favourite lunch spot.

Today the vegan avocado tofu salad, tomorrow the tempeh sandwich. Soo many options. Thank you Bread and Sons Bakery!

Just discovered a place near work with vegan salads and the most scrumptuous looking vegan pizza i have ever seen!

You know what’s great? Having a boyfriend who cooks you amazing vegan food… Kale salad, black bean veggie burger and socca bread.

Vegan spaghetti and meat sauce -brown rice pasta with homemade tomato sauce, black lentils cooked in veg stock topped with nutritional yeast and groud sesame seeds!

Vegan phad thai… Only took me two hours to find tofu and tamarind in downtown ottawa…
